Refund Policy

At Africab Estore, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, given the nature of our products, we do not offer direct refunds. Instead, we provide flexible options to ensure you get the full value of your purchase.

1. Exchange or Credit Note

• Products can only be exchanged or issued a Credit Note for future purchases.
• A Credit Note is valid for immediate use or at any future time against any eligible product.

2. Returning Unused Items

• Contact our Customer Service team to obtain a Return Authorization for new and unused items.
• The product must be returned in its original condition, with complete packaging, manuals, cables, and all included accessories.
• Products with signs of use, tampering, or incomplete packaging will not be accepted.

3. Process After Return

• After inspection and approval, we will issue a Credit Note equal to the value of the returned product.
• This Credit Note can be used immediately or saved for a future purchase.

4. Shipping Costs

All return shipping costs and any reshipping costs for exchanged products must be borne by the buyer and paid upfront.
