Returns and Replacement Policy
At Africab Estore, we want you to have complete confidence when shopping with us. Every product is carefully checked before shipping, but in the rare case you receive a defective, damaged, or non-functional product, we are here to help.
1. Damaged Product Received
If your order arrives in a damaged condition:

- Our service team will assess the damage.
- If the product cannot be repaired, we will arrange a pickup and deliver a replacement once the damaged item is returned with all original accessories and packaging.
2. Product Not Working
If your product is not functioning properly upon receipt:
- Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
- Our team will guide you through troubleshooting.
- If the issue cannot be resolved, a replacement will be arranged.
3. Product Receipt & Acceptance
When receiving your order, please:
- Inspect outer and inner packaging in the presence of the courier.
- If visible damage is found, you may:
- Refuse delivery, OR
- Accept delivery with remarks noted on the Proof of Delivery (POD).
- Important: If damages are not recorded during delivery, Africab reserves the right to deny refund or replacement.
4. Exclusions – Not Eligible for Return/Replacement
- Products missing original packaging, manuals, cables, or accessories.
- Products with missing, altered, or unreadable serial numbers.
- Issues reported after 24 hours of delivery without valid proof.
5. How to Request a Replacement
- Report the issue within 24 hours.
- Provide order number, product details, and photos/videos of the issue.
- Keep the product in original condition and packaging until pickup.
